Yes — for private use the 7-year warranty has no kilometre cap. Some commercial or heavy-use vehicles may be limited to 7 years or 150,000 km, so let us know how you’ll use the car and we’ll confirm your exact terms.
Chery caps the price of each scheduled service for the first seven years, so you know the cost in advance. The service schedule also sets out exactly what’s done at each visit. Servicing must be carried out by an authorised Chery dealer to qualify.
Your first 12 months are complimentary. After that, your membership renews for another 12 months each time an authorised Chery dealer performs your scheduled service within a year of the previous one — up to a total of seven years.
Yes. Electrified Chery models carry a separate 8-year unlimited-km warranty on the high-voltage battery, on top of the 7-year vehicle warranty.
The balance of the warranty generally stays with the vehicle for subsequent owners, provided it has been serviced on schedule at an authorised dealer. Talk to our team for the specifics of your vehicle.
